Hard drive designation.

I recently bought a new USB 160gb hard drive to plug into the laptop at home. When I first installed it it used the drive designation (E) to which I installed many files including a full copy of eper 1.6GB. After last night when installing a new camera driver (as the hard drive wasn't attached) the camera has now taken up (E) and when connecting the hard drive it has taken a new designation (F). Now even when the camera is not attached the hard drive still remains on (F) drive causing all sorts of problems including eper refusing to load.

How do I change the hard drive back to using (E)

Just change it in Disk Management.

Control Panel-->Admin Tools-->Computer Management--->Disk Management

Right click drive to change letter.
