Finally managed to take some photos after getting back from holiday and starting a bit of work on my Tipo. So far have concentrated on getting wipers and washers working properly - front wiper arms repainted and fitted with new Bosch blades. New rear wiper fitted and washer tube blown through to clear blockage, replaced faulty non return valve. Also took off front windscreen valance, cleaned out what looked like years accumulation of pine needles, stretched rubber seal using hairdryer to close large gap at ends.
This week, have clayed bodywork and used Chipex kit to touch up paint chips and road rash, followed by full waxing. Think it looks good for a 21 year old car, despite the colour not being one I would have chosen. Would you believe V5 says it's green? Going in on Thursday for new clutch and full underbody stripping, waxoyling etc. then alloy wheel refurb before coming back to me to start systematic overhaul of everything else. Repairs to worn and torn driver's seat covering are also on the list when my local upholstery man can fit it in.
Loving every bit of it so far!
