How about a context sensitive glossary, which underlines words (like arb, and carb, etc...) with some help text like a description or the unabbreviated meaning (so for arb - Anti Roll Bar - Suspention Component) when you hover your mouse over it.

Lambda Sensor
MAP - Manifold Absolute Pressure
IAT - Inlet Air Temp
TDC - Top Dead Centre
TB - Throttle Body
GSR - duh!
RR - Rolling Road
SPI - Single Point Injection
MPI - Multi Point Injection
EFI - Electronic Fuel Injection

i think an onMouseover description, then clickable link to wiki would work best :)

dunno, about anybody else, but when I hover over the words, it opens the box on the same line as the text, obliterating the sentance, could it open under neath the highlighted word?
