Its not totally clear but do I have to remove the passenger side hub nut to extract the driveshaft? Or can it just be move away when the wishbone is split?

Have you had a look at bikes-for-me's thread?:

https://www.fiatforum.com/multipla/190204-diy-guide-clutch-replacement.html

It's a bit vague about what's done with the hubs, but it sounds as though he splits the hub carriers from the struts. I think that's what I'd do, and the wishbone knuckles as well (as he mentions). That would allow the driveshafts a lot of outward movement, which is what's needed.

Yes read the guides..but doesn't seem clear to me....Had to get a thinner walled 36mm socket anyway...
Also been stuck at work so not had a chance to do anything on it...

If it were me (and it will be, spring of next year :D ) I'd release the hub carriers from the struts and and the wishbone knuckles, on NS and OS. That way, you could withdraw both driveshafts c/w hubs, discs, calipers etc. The only thing tying them to the car would then be the brake hoses, so you could swing them out of harms way.
