Technical gear linkage

Can anybody tell me how i can adjust the gear linkage on my 1996 ducato maxi.Gears tend to be a bit sloppy and sometimes hard to select,also scrunch when going into 3rd & 5th.Thanks anybody.

not sure if u can adjust the linkage, i had problem with 3rd and 5th crunching. found it to be the clutch on its way out, replaced clutch and was good as gold

Not sure whether this applies to your model but check the previous post - "gearstick/selector" & the attached Doc for the Dashboard gear lever adjustment for the 244 2.8 etc I could not find any info regarding the adjustment procedure for the gearbox side of the shift mechanism.
