dog warden wont be there, they will hear your plea if not guilty they will ajurn(sp) so they can get the dog warden to come another day. or they may just kick it out

ermm im not the one wasting tax payers money.. they've put me through this ******** all because of one jobs worth ****.

cheers for the info though, i didn't imagine the dog warden would be there, i might go, wont be missing much at college so i'll see what happens.

just had a look at the summons and i was meant to send something off to show i'd gotten his statement. oops

i don't have a car registered in my name, sold it to the GF last week.

cba to go into it anymore, i think it's all been pretty much covered. i'll go tommorow so i can laugh at how overdrawn this proscess is and that i'll most likely get off without paying anything.

I parked on pavement and got a £35 FPN.

Yes I was a tad pissed off, but I was in the wrong. Took it on the chin and paid up, even though FPN was issued with an incorrect offence code and I could have probably got off on a technicality. But I couldn't be bothered with court, so just paid up.

Moral is, you can't have your cake and eat it. Now you've started the line of court you need to finish it tbh

i didn't start the line of court, i forgot about the whole thing till i got the letter, like i've said though i'll go to keep them happy, got a few things i could do afterwards in gateshead so it's alright lol
