Fuse for Windshield washer motor?

1995 punto 2 door, hatch back

My windshield washer motor is running but no fluid coming out. Hoses are good. is there a fuse for this and where might it be located. I don't have manual for this car.

the fuse cant be the problem if the motor is running, it must be the non-return valve. these block up easily. follow the pipe from the motor until you find the valve (a small black plastic bit)
