All,
I have upgrading my motor from 500cc to 600cc, the motor and gearbox are installed my only issue is the wiring with the dynamo voltage generated.
My question is, how did wiring of the voltage regulator since the new motor 650cc has its own regulator from what have been told. the instruction is:
1.Thin wire to controle light on dashboard.
2. Thin wire from dynamo to regulator.
3. Thick wire from dynamo to regulator.
4. Thick wire from starter engine to regulator.
Connect wire 4 and wire 3 to each other.
Connect wire 1 and wire 2 to each other.
however with these instructions, i have a red wire (connected to the ignition switch controlling other other circuits) which is the cut out voltage and the other is the green wire which connects to the dashboard.
I just need to know how is the wiring being connected and still cutting the motor off by the key.
this motor was purchased through FD Ricambi, US1423, Engine 600 with Dynamo Remanufactured
