"Is dashboard code warning light off when it should be?
What warning light, the engine management light is on? "
The code light - the yellow padlock- I would guess not if you haven't seen it on- Just wanted to make sure the immobiliser wasn't sill affecting things
ok next bit
U1600- key not recognised as you're stuffed if that's happening
I don't think it would be the key as if I put 12v direct to the fuel pump and turn the engine over, the car starts, and continues to run until I cut the power to the fuel pump. I have also renewed the aerial around the ignition.
That's ok, as long as you're not still getting U1600 as you'll never get fuel and ignition if that is on

But what doesn't sound right is that you answered previously
If you put 12v power on t10 pin 87 the fuel pump runs yes?
No, but if I measure the voltage between pin 87 and live, I get a +12v
because that's the same circuit so it should make no differnce whether you apply 12v directly to the pump or apply it at T10 pin 87. So it sounds as if you have open circuit there on the fuel pump line from relay T10 to the pump which is what the previous fault code was saying too
P0230 = a fuel pump primary circuit failure.
Fuel pump circuit goes through connectors D4 so you'll need to trace and find the break in the circuit through there.
If you put 12v on relay T10 pin 87 then the fuel pump should work straightaway provided the inertia switch isn't triggered
Oil pressure switch K30
Can this prevent fuel and ignition on an engine start? I don't know, seems a bit radical, or is it, you don't really want to start the engine if it can't obtain minimum oil pressure. As it simply provides an earth you could supply an earth there at the switch just to eliminate it but it does say "Circuit failure" so there could be open circuit there too. Should be simple to check
