Technical Fuel Light Flashing

Hey Guys,

I got in my car this morning and despite having a nearly a full tank the fuel gauge needle read empty and my low fuel warning light was flashing. Checked the trip computer and that was showing no range.

Bit confused as it only happens occasionally and normally fixes itself after starting the engine a few times.

Any ideas much appreciated
