General fuel injection light comes on while driving

hello i own a 1.4 gt turbo 96 model and while im driving the fuel injection light comes on sometimes, does anyone know what this is and also how to stop it??

also i was looking into buying a superchip but i got quoted £495 fitted is this a good price? what sort of power boost would i get from doing this?? are there any cheaper mods that will add a similar sort of bhp increase??

I think injector cleaner could help sort the problem with the light coming on.

And I'm not sure about the Mk1's, but the Mk2 Punto's benefit more from a remap, which is cheaper. Have a look on Angel Tuning's website
