Hi I'm going to be doing a service on my mk2 punto and was wondering whether anyone knows where abouts the fuel filter is ? Have read on internet that the fuel filter isn't serviceable could anyone help :s

its in the fuel pump itself if i remember correctly so you will have to buy whole pump

Oh I brought a fuel filter without finding out as I thought it would be a simply swap

On Mk1 it's external (and a service item). On Mk2s, leave it alone -- it's a strainer on the end of the pick up pipe in the tank.

do NOT fit aftermarket filter
as said its a non serviceable part
just dont buy your fuel off tricky kev from his dodgy cans and you will never have a fueling problem
