Technical No Fuel

So - I have got my newly acquired Punto 1.2 (188) back home. Had to get him trailered as I have a fuel issue. And this is my first Q:

The car is very low mileage 12k. Turning the key dash lights up and cranks. The fuel pump is not spinning up. I have tried reseting the Fuel Inertial cut off switch, nothing changes. The car will fire (on brake cleaner) so I know it is a fuel delivery problem.

Pinning out the pump multi plug there are zero volts. There is no pressure in the lines either. The fuel gauge on dash is not working. Yes tank has fuel in it.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the fuel system? or any idea's of where to look.

So, I had little luck finding any wiring info to be able to trace any fault into the loom. So, reverse engineer and see if by applying 12v to the fuel pump direct, would it spin up? Answer ; No. So after much percussive engineering fuel pump removed. Not too sure that is ever going to run again. LoL.

Anyone have a put l assembly available?

UPDATE :

He's alive! Took a while to get a pump (due to delivery issues) but installed test and he runs a treat!
So - now the major service starts.....
