They do seem to be out of stock in most places (although some not-so-great suppliers seem to have got LHD and RHD versions confused)
Which bit is broken? (Motor or mechanism). You could try scrapyard.
I have had to "frankenstein" one from two or more faulty ones before now, when none in stock.
Strangely, found one in stock on Amazon, no idea about vendor, but is correct part number, says RHD, and Amazon usually good for refunds if wrong.
