Technical Front Wiper Arm remove ?

Hi Just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the front wiper arm, I have removed the cap and then the nut after that it still looks locked in place.

Basically my washer (driver side) has popped off so I'm hoping to re-attach it.

Just to updated I managed to re-attach the washer but it keeps dropping off, using a cable tie at moment to keep it attached not sure how long that will last - anyone know how to fully replace it

I was having similar trouble with mine so I ended up taking it off and throwing it in the bin, as long as I've got a wiper on the back then that's OK !
