Hi, My front washers are just putting out a dribble. The pump is fine (swapped the pipes and the rear washer is powerful on both pump outlets.)
I attached a cycle pump to the front pipe at the pump and it forced water through at about 30 psi so seems to me like a collapsed non-return valve. Apparently the valve for the rear washer is behind a main-beam unit (see here). Anyone know where it is for the front washers?
Thanks a lot!

Having finally got the wiper arms off (heavy duty puller, see here) I can confirm that there is a one way valve built in to the T-connector where the washer pipe splits to the two nozzles under the plastic at the base of the windscreen. My T-connector dismantled easily and by removing the collapsed rubber valve from inside it my washers are now running better than they have for years. Another little job done.

Me too! ;) Seems fine - front and back squirting like they should. If something goes wrong I'll let you know.

Hi, My front washers are just putting out a dribble...
For anyone else...
In the end of the nozzle 'bar' is a screwdriver slot, turn it 180° and try the washers, this should flush out any debris lodged in the back of the holes.
You can remove them as well, by twisting them back and forth slightly while pushing/pulling on them with a pin through one of the three holes.
I had to make one for mine after one popped out while driving

the front washers on mine packed in last year and all i did was to replace the pipe with clear 5mm tube from the pet shop (about 50p a meter) and did away with the valve an it works perfectley well , it makes me wonder why they have them on as standard
