Technical Front Lower Cross Member

Hello All

I was in keighley the other day and my car span out on oil and hit a wall. I have got new front bumper arriving and need to get cross member off Fiat this week. I am needing to know how much torque is needed on the cross member. I'd rather get fiat one knowing it would be good rather than after market one.
