General Fog Lights for Replacement Bumper

Hello,
I bought a replacement bumper for my 2017 Fiat Tipo 1.6 diesel hatchback but it has different fittings for the fog lamps.
Anyone know what sort of fog lamps and surrounds I need to buy for the new bumper?
The first picture shows the old bumper at the top and the new one at the bottom. The other two show the new bumper.

I am afraid this is bumper from cheaper version with no fog lamp mounting option

Two different front fog lights existing for Tipo/Egea before facelift (2020) - circular 3" for bumper in top and rectangle for bumper in bottom.

Parts (OEM numbers) for bottom bumper might be (and I'm definitely not sure)
