Technical FM radio not working

Punto EVO 2014: FM radio not working, display shows rds info and search function seems to work, but no sound in speakers. Tried with another antenna connected directly to radio, still no sound in the speakers.
CD player works fine with sound in speakers.
Bought another radio from breaker, same as installed in car. Have no code for the radio, but if I get a code will it be possible to get the radio working without programming the ECU ?

I believe it will Adopt the new radio once you enter the new radios CODE correctly

Our 169 panda did this when we upgraded from a factory radio to a factory CD radio, didn't ask for a Code after a little while

Will it be possible to get the radiocode in this forum ? Or where to get it ?
