now i need to know if the pin positions in a 1.4 ecu are same as 1.2? please

if they the same i may as well buy a 1.4 ecu if i have to buy a new one any way

I have the pinout for IAW59F if needed (Mk2, 8v, 1242cc). As for fitting a 1.4 ECU instead of 1.2 ECU, aren't there going to be significant differences in the mapping for injector timing and duration?

i have 1.4 16v engine, atm i am running it on a 1.2 16 ecu
so if my ecu is causing this fault every winter i may as well upgrade to a 1.4 ecu
