Fiat Stilo 1.4 16v head gasket question!

Hi every one. I as the title suggests have a Fiat Stilo 1.4 16v on a 2004 plate.

I am struggling to find any information about them. I need the torque settings and the angle, also the sequence that they should be done up and undone if any one can help. Also any other guides on torque setting would be appreciated.
