General Fiat scudo 2.0HDI.RHK engine.vacuum pipe

Hi.
I have 2008 fiat scudo 2 litre HDI multijet.
RHK engine.
I have a vacuum pipe open near oil filter.see pics
You will see golf Tee in it.
Any idea where it should connect to.
I looked for ages cannot locate it's connection point.
Problem I have is when engine revved it drops below idle nearly stalling,then resumes nice tick over.
P1351- tested have one glow plug faulty.

Just an update if anyone has same problem.
Vacuum pipe from the T piece goes to Vacuum solenoid which is under the alternator.
