General Fiat punto evo 1.3 multijet smoke problem

It is a weird problem that i have with my punto 1.3 mulijtet 2011 sometimes when the air conditioner is on and i am going uphill not everytime but has done it like 3 times this month i can see smoke coming from the exhaust.And i did make a small video when i rev at 4000 rpms what the smoke looks like.Can anyone give me any advice for that.And here is another video of how my coolant looks inside.I am worried sometimes that i may have big problems my cat has 165.000 km on it. And also the brake performance has dropped rapidly compared to 7 months ago. Any suggestions
