Technical Fiat multipla 2010 sometimes doesn't start

Hi guys I have a problem with my car and I don't know what's the real issue because sometimes it starts normally and sometimes doesn't start at all, today I waited 1 hour then it started, I changed battery with a brand new one but it didn't solve the issues the car uses petrol/methane

Yes the light comes on on the dash and it cranks but it doesn't start, after waiting 30 min or 1 hour it starts normally

Does the image of a car /key (yellow /giallo)
light then go out?

That's the immobiliser
