Technical Fiat ducato 3.0L, 160 bhp camper black smoke problems

Hello fellow Fiat enthousiasts,

I have a question, my fiat camper has a serious thick black problem, When I change gear and accellerate it pumps an incredible amount of thick black smoke.
We have had the egr system completely replaced, which stopped the power löss but not the thick smoke, the engine has only done 67,000 kilometers, I Dont knkw What to do next, I have spent a lot of euro's so far, What is my next step?

Can anyone advise me?

Fiat have given a computer diagnosis but say there is Nothing visible as to What the issue can be,,,,,,,,

I'd be looking at the injector's as a possibility if they are over fueling it will produce a lot of smoke

Have a close check for split or loose boost hoses or a leaking intercooler. Look for oily substance on boost hoses which will be an indicator. Loss of measured air will cause heaps of black smoke.

Is the vehicle hunting at idel? Could possibly be the vacuum solenoid that supplies the egr to open amd close
