Car passed it's MOT today which is great news.

Cool can now be fixed at leisure

I'll see if I can get to the hoses to check and see if the wastegate actuator moves and then maybe

Maybe @Cinq999 could report back on access to the pipe

I will have to take it to a garage but at least I have an error code to give them.

Over pressure is rarely a serious problem

Seeing it’s not that common an error on the Panda and the last two were a block pipe it would be good start

If you have a way to add pressure to the pipe you should see the actuator move approximately 10mm it’s also easier to free by using air pressure than a long leaver up to a certain point

If you look at the MAP sensor live data The engine light will come on at around 2500

If you jack the front of the car up, the pipe to the wastegate is accessible directly underneath.

Pair of pliers to take off the spring clips, and the pipe will pull off.
