Tuning Fiat Bravo 120 T Remap Results

Pulling a diesel from low RPM (1,500) is really hard on your transmission.

Possibly worse than red light blasting as your more likely to pull from low revs more often.!

what's your tourque figure?

247 ft/lb completely standard and 294 ft/lb in 'boost' mode.

Remember rollers can vary a lot though!

I've also taken both cats out and restricted the EGR since it was on the RR.

Oh right, well, I already have restricted the egr,any gains from de cat? turbo whisle as well I guess? Haha, yeah this remap is 207 bhp and 423 nm, but tbh, I'm thinking of going with a different company and going 185 bhp and 385 nm, As safer bet, less guts ob but still gunna be much better to drive, , and robbravo... I but molislip in, she be fine

I found the car much more responsive and built more boost at lower revs

Also sounds a bit louder.

Not had it back on the rollers so don't have any graphs to compare though.

Remember the diesels have 2 cats

The friendly and patient mechanics that are helping with mine keep hinting they also do quantom remap. They quote:

Original BHP 150
TUNED BHP 190
BHP % Increase 27 %
Original Torque (NM) 305
TUNED TORQUE (NM) 365
Torque (NM) 20 %

Thats a hell of an increase, my insurance have ok'd it for £20^ then this guy in this forum said "I saw few days ago remapped 1.9 mjet 150 to 200Hp and soon after that destroyed gearbox"

Can it handle It? solidly, or is that just a fun way to drive it to death, its no longer worth salvageable money, the remap is £200.?
