Technical Fiat 500L twinair 85hp vs 105hp

Hello everyone I have Fiat 500L 2015 105hp twinair and I need new engine. I am looking for engine for the car and all i can find is 85hp engines, I was wondering if the change is only programmed by Ecu or internals ? As on 85hp i can see aluminium pipe going across the engine at the top of turbo and on 105hp there is none. Thank you

I know diesels have variable vanes, but didn't think petrol had that.
