Hey guys just thought I would add that I ordered my car on the 15th of June (Finally got it right) and have been told she will be ready to be picked up on Monday.

I can't wait another 3 weeks just for a 59 Plate just to have the buzz last for only a few days and as I have a private plate allready I'm just going to stick that on!

So so exciting!
Fiat 500 Lounge, Bossa Nova White, Tan Leather Interior, Climate Control, Front Fog Lamps & 16" Multispoke Alloys! :)

Congratulations! I couldn't wait for mine either! I picked mine up last thursday and was not waiting for another month to have it! It's still really exciting having a brand new car whether its 09 or 59 reg! Enjoy, you'll love it!
 
we ordered ours on the 20th june... last thing i heard it was being built and supposedly on schedule. we'll get a 59 plate.
what's the chance of getting it on the 1st september ?
i don't want to wait too long, we currently don't have any car to drive.

happy for everyone getting theirs soon. it must be really exciting.
 
As you can see Elsie its hit and miss.
Blinky ordered after at least 2 of us and he is getting his v soon, whilst my dealer is still saying 3 weeks and T16ger ordered theirs on 19th May and is still waiting for a boat...! All you can do is nag your dealer. Will keep my fingers crossed for you. :)
 
I ordered mine on May 26th and it arrived at the dealers on July 24th, I picked it up on Saturday (1st August) as we were on holiday when it came.

The dealer quoted me 8-10 weeks but that it would more likely be 8 than 10.

thankyou.
we knew we'd be waiting for the '59 plates and 10-12 week wait. we'll be phoning our dealers on friday and hopefully they'll give us some news (they haven't been all that helpful since before ordering but we'll see)

i keep looking at the little 500 outside our house and i think the owners think we're odd, staring at it all the time :)

Well considering that's only 5 days after I ordered mind and also they said it's on schedule maybe it came across on the same boat as mine too.

Give them a call tomorrow and just check how it's coming along. I hope you will get it in time and fingers crossed you should because the salesman today told us that their really getting there a** into gear with the deliveries.

i hadn't thought about it being on a boat yet. maybe they'd be on the same one. five days isn't much of a difference in order times.

i will definitely call them tomorrow, do a bit of nagging and such.
 
Night Night MissR, just a tip too guys ok... We were telling the salesman today how excited we are and that we hope the car comes by next saturday because my family are going on holiday.

After doing so he said he had set "High Prioraty" on my order to be delivered more effectivly from England. I'm not sure if that helps at all but it's deffinetly worth making up an excuse so he can do that for you too.

Well from my experience there aint a damn thing your dealer can do about getting your car delivered earlier. It's just luck of the draw.
 
Probably not, he just told me that this will show up for the car to be loaded on to the transporter first.
 
just called our dealer...
our 500 is in the country !!
they're waiting for it any day now, shouldn't be long. :D
looks like they really are getting the deliveries sorted.
nice to have some good news for a change.

Have you not got a delivery date as yet for your car. I notice you ordered the same week as me and I have been informed mine is in the country and should be with the dealer next week. Yours should be here soon :)
