Technical Fiat 500 Abarth - Flashing mileage on dashboard

Hiya,
Any ideas why the mileage has started flashing on my dash for no apparent reason - I have a long journey to do @ short notice and want to be sure it is safe.. It seems to drive absolutely fine and has just had an oil lube....

It means it needs. "proxi alignment"
Basically one of the cars many canbus devices has stopped communicating with the rest


Is this a older car with the blue and me hands free system?

Mine did this with a faulty aftermarket android head unit canbus, went away with a new canbus for my radio
