The garage was the cause of lots of the slow loading times across the forum, so ben turned it off. It may be back soon....

No downtime listed with them - must have just been your connection.
Ok, I just ran a little test against the DB - running a large optimize command - guess what, it hung the site - and then returned a 0.7sec number... interesting :chin:
Anyway, I've turned the garage on again now .. see if it affects anything!

And ..... disabled again! That query is just ridiculous.
I'm thinking though, now people can edit their MM threads past a time limit, there's maybe no need for the garage anyway.
I'll probably add some custom fields to the thread (so you can drop down by year and model) then it's pretty much all we need anyway!

Well judging by the lack of posts on this thread recently, looks like it's finally been cracked.
If you click the "Page generated in xxxx" text at the bottom, it will take you to the uptime report.
We will never get 100% because of the database backup at 3am each morning and there is no way to currently set a scheduled downtime period - but apart from that, all seems groovy
