Ok, some time ago now I ordered and paid for the next batch of Punto parts from shop4parts.

After some emails and telephone conversations, the parts where finally ordered.

I knew some of the parts may take up to ten days to come into stock with s4p, fair enough.

I phoned them on Thursday of last week to find out how the order is progressing.

I was told the items they were waiting on would be with them Friday, or Monday today.

Fair enough.

Got the message this morning at about 11am, parts dispatched.

Got tracking info this afternoon, parts will be wi h me from 8:30am to 12:30am tommorrow....

Will report back when I have them....

The info they send me says parcel due today at my address between 8:50 am and 12:50, by 6pm today.

The tracking app says the parcel is still in Blackburn I think it was.

Pretty fast moped then eh.

It ain't gunna arrive today, just like last time !

I have talked to a r Al ffffedex person, Ahmed, who agrees parcel ain't gunna arrive today.

He says expect a phone call about this fffffedex ffffffff by 2pm today.

We shall see....

Last time they sent parcel to the wrong destination in completely the wrong direction.

No wonder the plane crashed. That ball is probably the company precedent these days eh.

Up date, had two emails from FedEx basically saying p#@@ £##.

They have not tracking info on the parcel, so cannot progress any further !

They say check with shop4parts to find out if the parcel was actually picked up.

So s4p made up the shipment number from thin air?

And FedEx knew of my detail via telepathy ?

Anyways mike at s4p says parc l picked up yesterday at about 4 pm....

Fedex has lost the parcel ??

Anyways mike at s4p is on the case and contacting FedEx. I have given him the order number, FedEx parcel number and the FedEx case number, to save him time.

Mike agreed that if this FedEx cock up is happening to me, it's happening to other s4p customers...

The saga continues.....

Been going round in circles today, ffffffffedex !

FedEx are crap, no email address or dedicated phone number, just the one to a dumb bot, but if you stick to your guns, you can talk to someone in the philipenines, a scammers paradice, who say they have no UK contacts, but do !

The UK customer team are a bunch of morons telling me utter bs that when doing a pick up, FedEx drivers do not scan in parcels as they are loaded ?


The fffffffedex system says parcel in Blackburn depot and parcel will be delivered by 6pm today.

Yeah right, heard that one before...

They say parcel was not collected. Fedex system says it's in Blackburn depot.

Mike s4p says it was collected.

FedEx says parcel is lost, yeh, in your bloody care FFfffffffedEx....!

FedEx says s4p have not contacted them about this problem. Mike says he has contacted them twice today !

Had emails from last FffffffffedEx Dorris. These have been forwarded to mike at s4p.

New day tommorrow....the proverbial is hitting the fan me thinks...we shall see.

I feel like just telling them both to go......themselves. bank can recover money.

A new gsf customer coming up ?

Had two emails this morning from fffffedex.

Both state the parcel they didn't collect from s4p left Deeside distribution centre this morning ( after its hiding in Blackburn distribution centre since just after 4pm MOnday,according to fffffedex own computer system ) that the parcel they didnt collect from s4p on Monday, should be with me today !

Have ffffedex cracked the difficult nut

Mot approaching, money spent, need parts, ffffffedex are morons.......

I am expecting s4p to drop ffffedex as thier choice of courier, at least reconsider their choice...

They have been fully informed of this saga, they are not impressed with fffffedex.

I cannot be the only s4p customer experiencing the "fffffedex effect", which is why I have asked for others experience....

The driver did say " FedEx, fed up more like "....I wonder why ?

Sometimes the FedEx stuff from S4P gets transferred to Royal Mail, but that has not caused issues for me.
Last week, ordered rear wheel bearings from S4P on the Thrusday, arrived, FedEx on Friday. All good as usual.
With so many parcels to move, it is easy to see how things get misplaced. The lack of contactability is the biggest issue. So many companies are making actual contact difficult. They save money by not having staff to answer phones, but fail to see how this does not prevent issues, only makes them difficult to address. Teh proper way to reduce the need for telephone staff is to improve processes so fewer problems occur. There's a concept.

I presume you are on the channel coast, so much further away from s4p than I .

Royal mail tracking system works well. They deliver the day, an close to the time they say they will deliver by, which is great.

I don't see a FedEx van locally much when I am out and about.

This is the second time a s4p FedEx delivery had gone wrong. First order took over a week to arrive. This order, my second s4p order, FedEx "priority delivery" was supposed to arrive yesterday, according to fffffedex. They said they could not deliver yesterday and it had not been picked up from s4p, when FedEx's own system said it had been picked up and was siting in the Blackburn fedex depot !

Of course it could be a FedEx attitude that this parcel is going to Wales and they don't matter....sort of thing.

The FedEx "service team" had a we don't care less attitude with me, computer say no.

Anyways, waiting for a knock on the door with door knocker, as stated on the parcel and the A4 sign in the window.

My location is edge of South Oxfordshire, closer to Swindon. (Handle is historical) I have a local FedEx depot in Swindon.

you probably know the ffffedex parcel arrived just before pmq's today, which was about noon today.

about 35 mins ago now i got a message on my phone saying parcel due for delivery today between 9 am and 13:00.

yeah, you said that many times yesterday you bunch of morons.....

this is after i recieved the parcel today and the fffffffffs fffffedex message saying parcel delivered, today !

what a bunch of wallies, but, you never know, perhaps they have beamed another parcel thats sitting outside the front door !
