Technical Fault code

My Dualogic Panda has been slipping in to neutral and getting stuck there for 10 minutes, seems to be when it’s raining.
Just had the fault code read at a garage which was;

Gearbox actuator
P1818 gear change control

Does anyone know what this might be please?
