you will need variabile bolts, because OZ holes distance are 100 and fiat have 98. and 1.5cm spacers (i think barchetta already have 0.5cm distances).

but not sure about what pins are you talking... if i understand right, those pins are only there to position original spacer. it may be difficult to attach wheel, because also spacers will rotate as you rotate wheel. and those pins are perverting rotating spacers. so you can easy find a holes... and those pins are actually bolts, so just unscrew them.

on this pic... 4 bolts, and that one hole is i guess for that pins.

The 'pins' are actually locating studs for the wheels.

They also hold the brake discs in place when the wheel is removed.

As F4ust said you can remove them without cutting, just a 12mm spanner (I think).

:slayer: now i have to find bolts

Nice to see progress!.. (y)

did you get those wheels powder coated or..? and what plans you have with floor? :)

no, they are repainted to mat black. about floor... that fibre is so bumpy i have to make it straight... with epoxid resin... that rubber industrial floor. not sure yet. self leveling mass... wall painters will know more about this.

here is progress... but i think i will have to do it again, it does not fit perfectly there are some gaps on sides.

new door panels in "PETA" bordeaux red leather...

next... dashboard!

i just receive oil catch can for 16€ item + 16€ postage + 16€ import taxes with postage from post office to my home. usurers! new thing is that there are no import taxes for items that cost less than 22€ with postage.... all other 10% on car items, 15% on cloth, and 0% on electronic parts... it's a whole bible about different taxing items. :bang:

btw: i order that on 15.05.2010

yes... that would be great. i also found on doc's pages he changed engine coolant watter tank to stainless steel. and looks very nice... only problem is to read min/max level of watter... i'll try to find pictures...

actually there are two hoses, one goes somewhere under (not sure where) and other is going to air inlet. so i just disconnect that was going to air inlet and connect to oil catch... i'm searching threads to find if also that second should connect to oil can...

Strut Brace! now i found that barch have quite hard bolts... WD40 and Mc Hammer should work to unscrew them?

Be very careful. Those bolts go straight through the suspension strut.
You can spray them from underneath, I would spray them from above as well.

There is an art to removing these bolts; undo slightly, then tighten back up. Repeat this process for atleast 5-10mins for each bolt, each time you loosen slightly, give it a bit more before re-tightening.

If you spend time doing this you will not snap the bolts...
