OK. I took apart the door trim to find out that there's no terminal to connect the sensor inside the driver's door :(

On one of the linked videos they say which pins on the BCM terminals are used to get the signal from the sensor on diesel x250s. Hope those two will be the same in my BCM...

I will have to connect the wires with some cable just to test :) And if OK, I'll just run the extra cable attaching it to the original loom.

I have an impression that the loom is making a loop or around the door, or at least around the doorstep. Can someone confirm, please?

I was not able to see where the loom in the A pilar goes after entering from the driver's door. From my point of view, as it enters just above the BCM connector, the best would be to connect it directly to the connector.

God.. can't see the edit button...
I see on the last @HughJampton post the connector number - the one located under the driver's step. Thanks :) That's helpful.

I've ordered another loom that has connectors for the temperature sensor and folding + power mirrors, but apparently it's the right side one, though LHD. Have to find the left side now to check everything will be working fine. I have the part number, should be easier. But hope to find a second hand one, the one I got was something like 18 EUR only :) Power + folding mirrors would be expensive enough :D

...resistance values in case you need to check them...

Hi @HughJampton, maybe you can help me with some more detail to the temp gauge wiring in my Citroen Jumper II 2007. Here you show the Y001LA, where is that located? And in another forum I found information about the sensor going through M001F Pin 37 and 52. Can you confirm that? Are there even more connectors the wires need to pass through? How to locate those connectors in my car? Thank you in advance

You mention temperature gauge, which is rather different from the external temperature display, but I'll assume you mean the latter.

Can't help with all of that, but the info I have is largely taken from the Converters manual, which is downloadable from the forum here:

Searching on Y001LA will give some information, including the location. Whilst that is the "door interface" connection, the mirror functions are all connected to an extension to that, with multiple plugs depending on supported functions, inside the door itself. These can normally be seen/accessed by carefully prising out the mirror/window control panel from the armrest.

You got it rigth: temp display.
And thank you for pointing me to that upfitter document - very interesting.
The locaton of Y001LA is clear for me and I know that I do not have it in my car.
Question remains: wires from which two Pins at the body computer do I need to run to the door to istall the Y001LA and connect it to my new mirror with temperature sensor.

@the green vanper, you sure have completed your temperatur sensor and display problem. Can you please share how you did it? Which Pins of the body computer are now run to the sensor in the mirror/door?
