Hi . I've bought a van and the ergs have been disabled. They do not open . It's been remapped , and the dpf is still in . It regens every 200 too 250 miles depending on driving style .eg local or motor way ! When I had it , the dpf pressure sensor was faulty . So I've replaced it , and cleaned the exhaust , but now and again I have black smoke ! So exhaust gets very light soot after 400 miles .
Pressure sensor reads 3mlb on tick over regen temps where 600 and it regens to 10% .so all seems fine? fitted new injectors and im getting around 32.mpg . Trouble is now if my dpf is damaged or cracked due to black in the exhaust do I have it removed
