Hi, Im New. I Have an idea, but wanted some reactions and outside thought on it. I want to convert my 92 uno turbo to a fully operational 4 wheel drive version with the running gear out of a lacia Delta Turbo!!! wot do you think and could it bee done:D

The short answer is that any combination of components can be put into any bodyshell.

Some may even fit in with the bonnet closing.

However,

only you can answer whether all the hassle will be worth it.

I fancied a Fiat Coupe with Integrale mechanicals until I got a Subaru run around.

Still drive my Cinq though

Cheers

D

just about anything can be done.wouldnt it be easier just to modify a 4x4 panda??a reel wolf in sheeps clothing.i once saw a mk1 escort where they cut the floorpan out of a sierra cossie and welded the escort bodyshell on top and then used all cossie running gear>dont know if that would be practical for you s<pose it depends how nifty you are with a welder

I've seen a Cosworth-powered 126 with the engine in the front of the car (126's should be rear engined!). If thats possible, anything is :D
