You need to sort the the immobilser first and foremost.

Ive not no, not touched ECU why would IMMO suddenly common? I just waited for crank sensor does it need reprogramming?
I have now rejoined this thread, looks like in the last month you have,
Gone from No Crank
to Crank, back to No Crank
DISCOVERING A FAILED EARTH
Replaced a suspect Crank Sensor,
now with replacement Crank Sensor it FAILS TO CRANK
It appears all your CODES are CANBUS NETWORK..
So how have you reinstated the Failed earth connection?

So have you replaced it? In the same place with a same spec/rated earth strap?
No i cant remember where is went hence keep earthing with a jump lead

The OP's image shows it close to the battery tray too, but not in the same location....
However it should be relatively easy to locate either a nut/bolt that has been removed recently

No, the sensor does not need any reprogramming.
That is the mistery, why IMMO showed up! That happens if you have poor connections. But... you said you've connected to ECU and deleted the stored errors. That means ECU is fed 12 V (+) and (-), otherwise you wouldn't be able to connect. Still, it doesn't exclude an improper connection, which throws the IMMO error. Something you've done brought the IMMO on, you gotta sort it out. Connect again with the diagnosis tool and check if you have more info about the IMMO. Then delete the error again. Also, through the diagnosis tool read the battery voltage, see what's the value ECU reads.
That's because it's Immobilised
The immobiser is the problem right now, do this;
1) Disconnect the battery and leave it for 10 minutes. Reconnect the battery.
2) Try to start the car with both keys.

What voltage does the battery show? Discharged battery can throw IMMO error.
I think you need an auto electrician.
That means giving up
Reading back through all this,
We've gone from:
It's a New Battery
To
I Jump Start it with a Van
Yes, there may be a Battery problem NOW
But when the KA initially "just stopped" back in March, it was "Brand New"
Something obviously failed back in March.. And apart from a rotten earth cable
Nothing has been discovered
