Technical Engine startup problem Fiat 600 - 67

Hello! My engine wont start
I tested The spark and it seem to work.
I have cleaned and looked over The carb.
All i get is sometimes a flame from The exhaust manifold and Maybe a puff from The carb but no signs on ignition.

What am i missing?

Whilst in the wrong section have you tried timing and compression check? You could try Easy Start (ether) sprayed into the air intake too to see if it will cough?
