Engine light staying on
Hi everyone, my daughter has a 2001 1.2 8v which has been running perfectly until today when she turned it on and the orange light shaped like an engine stayed on and car was missing badly. I drove it down the road and after about 2 miles the misfire cleared but the light stayed on and when we got back home i noticed the exhaust was blowing, any ideas please ?

you have to get the cars codes read on diagnostics, if theres a problem with anything get that sorted and then the ECU has to be reset to clear the light., try leaving the battery deiconnected over night to see if that helps first.,

make sure u have the car radio code first cos it will reset everything
