Technical Electrical Fault

I own a Panda 1100 2015. Recently, it went in for 215,000km service and battery change. Since the service, while driving, the dash lights go black for about a second. This happens randomly - no pattern or obvious cause. Also the Average consumption, etc readings are all stuck on 0. Any ideas as to the cause?

Battery change is a likely suspect,

Often there are small auxiliary cables involved, these could be refitted incorrectly
