Technical Electric windows not working

A couple of week ago both front windows (electric) in my 1997 75SX stopped working. There are no fuses blown in either the main fuse box of the auxilliary fuse box in the glove compartment. I've checked the wiring in the door and at the door hinge and cannot find any damage on either side. The Haynes manual wiring diagram shows an "Electric window control Unit" but I haven't yet located it, anyone know where it might be or any suggestions as to what else I should be checking? Thanks.

is there any power getting to the motors, try checking with a volt meter

There's no voltage at the fuse terminals or at any of the switches in the doors
