front screen wash not working at all (rear is) and just realised that full beam isn't working (does if you pull it towards you though).

Look at the bottom of the bottle, are there 2 motors or one.

Take off the driver's side wheelarch liner. At some point -- and I can't remember when -- FIAT switched from 2 pumps to 1 pump which runs in 2 directions. Should be obvious once you're in there. Good idea to clean up the contacts and coat them with vaseline while you're in there and get the electrical tester out.
