Technical gear problems

i have a fiat seicento 1100. i have lost my 1st, 2nd and reverse all at once. checked cables both ok. adjusted the front cable and reverse is back working fine. the second cable from the gearstick is at the back of engine compartment cant seem to be adjustable. any ideas please.

I know it sounds weird but I had selection issues until I changed my oil to Fuchs Titan Sintofluid

I had slight selection issues on my Seicento where it would crunch from 1st to 2nd unless you changed really slowly & reverse you had to double clutch, I changed the rear gearbox mount a few weeks ago which solved all the selection problems, although she's still like a pudding stirrer she selects gears now as she should. The part was quite cheap at £19 & took less than 30 mins to do.
