Technical ECU software number

I have a 2017 Ducato 2.3 130 bhp Comfortmatic non adblue motorhome.

Using MultiECUScan the attached image shows software Ver: 0024.

Can anyone confirm this as I believe it should be Ver:32?

It was serviced 13 months ago by a Fiat Professional dealer, when was Ver:32 released?

Software updates are not generally carried out during a service from my experience

Mine was updated to V28 in march19 during first service. V32 was mentioned nov 19 in Service news. No mention of 30 in the Service news jumps from 24 to 28 to 32. for 130 (25 exists for 150,180)

Can you confirm from the image I attached that I have Version 24 please?

If it is at Version 24 it has had two Fiat Proffessional services and not been updated.

it looks like v24
with MES if you just connect to the engine ecu first page F2 looks like

I would suggest updating and log some some data as advised here

@CheeseMonster If you normally use fiat professional for servicing i suggest you speciffcaly ask to have it updated before the service, so can ask elsewhere.

Just visited local Fiat Professional dealer regards software version.

Is it possible to get a copy of, would it be a service bullet in, that contains information on what software version should be installed?

I was told that if computer does doesn't tell them it needs an update...

Thank you for this, it is very interesting, it covers my engine from the HW and SW numbers. Ours is a Comfortmatic too.

Which service department loaded your v.32 software? It may be worth me making a phone call to them if I can't get any help from the Bournemouth service agent.

I'm still on v28.
I am aware that someone had their hymer serviced and new cambelt and v32 update at Adams Morely Portsmouth.
