General ECU and ebay

I need a new ECU for my Punto 1.2 16v ELX.
Is it save to buy ECU on ebay. This is the page:

How will I know that that is new ECU and that everything will be OK.

I've bought an ECU for the same price, not sure it if was off the same seller.

Worked fine.

Make sure it's a virgin ECU.

virgin means the immobliser etc isnt married up with any keys or fobs

Well the guy said that its a brand new ECU so must be virgin. Look at the product on the addres that I gave it before and tell me what you think. Thanks
