Very few places you'd find them in muslim countries. Also deserts, amazon (any other rainforest) mountains etc

Plenty of businesses big and small run by "normal" Muslims look forward to Christmas if only for the business it brings in.Why should they be offended? It doesn't affect them negatively, only positively. Just as Eid doesn't affect me right now.
