250. Had new scuttle fitted and end rubber fittings. Sealed top of scuttle with sikaflex had windscreen checked. Been in touch with Italy again to see if they’ve got any suggestions we’ve tried everything we can think of and read about.

Have you run drain hoses from each end? Is the scuttle tight against the windscreen i.e. are all the securing clips ok? Have you put P seal between the windscreen and top of the scuttle? Have you sealed the scuttle centre joint. Is the bonnet rubber seal in place along the top of the scuttle - I have seen it not refitted when a windscreen was replaced.
Have you some photos of what you have done? Where is the water getting in Left, right or centre?

Even with all the mods I did in this thread, following the original thread (where to get the P seal etc) and new scuttle trims, the joint in the middle still leaked albeit no where near as bad as before. If I still had the x250 I’d redo it next time I needed a new windscreen, and design some form of clamp to clamp the joint together

The ends I filled up with half a tube of silicone
Also stuck loads of expanding foam around headlights,

You’ll never stop it all I guess, but I stopped new faults occurring
Only major water related fault afterwards was the ecu wiring loom wearing against the ecu bracket over time creating a pin prick hole allowing water to corrode the wires over time

Our scuttle is in one piece it doesn’t have a split in the middle. As I said before we had a new one fitted and sealed along the top ourselves with sikaflex 221.
Ours is leaking in passenger side just behind the bonnet hinge.
We have stopped a lot of the leaks but would love to be able to find out where this water is coming in. Then we might have a chance of sorting it.
we have several had several Fiat mechanics and screen fitters try to find this with no joy.

2014 I purchased my last trims (came in two halves as always have)

My guess is the OP’s is a 2014> x290 build and I’m guessing again but it’s had a replacement screen, and if that’s the case, I’m guessing a misfit screen,
Had one done twice. First had a gap at the top corner, water ran down inside the cab and they put that much silicon along the scuttle, that the scuttle trims say 1/4 inch off the screen causing more water the get in
Hence I did the mod myself with new trims,

My view is, new screen = new trims
