Speedo stopped working whilst driving.

So replaced the speedo plastic drive shaft and sensor with new - but still no speedo.
Since then, the glow plug light remains on for a short while (30 seconds) after starting, even though the engine is running.

No other operating problems - the tacho and back lights in the instrument panel is working as are temp and fuel gauges.

Found a blown 20amp fuse in a block under a plastic box/cowl just forward of the engine scuttle. Replaced the fuse - it has not blown since and not fixed the speedo nor the glow plug light issue either! This is a E450 bessacarr motorhome 40k miles.

Any ideas?

Fixed! Thanks Crossingkeeper for referencing a previous thread.

I fitted a new 15A mini fuse F11 in the engine bay fuse box, disconnected the oil vapor heater from it's cable as per picture from that thread.

The flashing glowplug light issue ceased after 3 x engine start/stop sequences - and the speedo has returned to normal operation.

In my van, the offending oil vapor heater and it's connection were easy to find and disconnect via the open bonnet, midway between engine block and air filter box.
