Bracket or tube bar almost extinct forward of front wheels behind mud shield. Secures bottom edge of bumper skirt to underbody. Is this a spare part or home made jobie. Galvanised conduit tubing would do but I'm not capable at mo. About 350mm long with flattened ends. Had a further looksee underneath and heavy wire brush work required.
